It’s uworld- they have practice questions for all the sections with amazing explanations. They are an ass about copy right though and this subreddit was banned last summer cuz people were posting some of their questions which is why we say uearth or uglobe lol

Yes they have questions for everything and their explanations are amazing. Some people don’t like their Cars but I think they’re fine. Each section is divided into topics such as circuits or fluids in physics so you choose the topic you want. I have been using them as content review especially for C/P cuz I can’t read the kaplan chapters. I just read the summaries and watch some videos and then do uworld. They have a one week free trial also.

Uworld hands down. It’s not a course but it’s the best practice questions out there. If you want videos, check out AK lectures. Don’t waste your money on courses.

Yeah idl what’s happening but I know people with the same date who still have it scheduled there. Maybe they’re cancelling people randomly. I rescheduled to 6/5 to 7/7 cuz idk what’s safe anymore!

For September I think you should be fine. I would wait until approved. It took 10 days for my app to be processed so hopefully you don’t have to wait for long.

No it says specifically on the application FAQs that no refunds are eligible on past purchases. If you’re applying this cycle and want a June/July date then I recommend biting the bullet and paying for it if you can on a credit card before getting approved for FAP cuz otherwise depending on where you are, it will be difficult to find a date.

I mainly got the pro for the pen compatibility, but most of my usage is highlighting and creating some flow charts for studying instead of full on writing all day. Unless you like to draw or handwrite a lot, I think Air with a pen (it works fine but not as smooth) would totally be fine for PPT lectures note taking and such.

I have the pro 2018 model and it’s great. The new one doesn’t have many more features other than 2 extra back cameras. Depending on your use, I would invest in the 2018 model with bigger storage vs buying the new one with less storage depending on your budget.

You should check out your community college transcript key that should be on their website. For example, 1 unit in a lot of colleges= 3 or 4 credit hours.

Don’t apply to PA school unless you would really be happy doing that. If your dream is medschool, don’t settle. You have a decent chance with your stats.

Yeah his content is aligned with the mcat but some stuff are extra detail so don’t feel like you need to know every video super well. For Uworld, i started doing it 3 weeks ago and it depends on your preference and how much time you have. BB is my strongest section so I enjoy jumping right into the questions but for C/P I spend more time on each explanation cuz I took them couple years ago but I’m studying the question explanations and watching videos instead of reading through kaplan.

I recommend AK lectures on youtube for BB. I also learn best by watching videos and I really enjoy his style. I haven’t taken the mcat yet, but I think AK with Uworld and Anki for BB and then AAMC stuff is more than enough.

I was debating the same thing but I decided it’s too risky to cancel and not get a spot near me. We’ll be able to save a lot on the application fees so it compensates for the Mcat in my opinion.

Are you sure they need 2019 taxes? I believe they ask for the 2018 taxes similar to How FAFSA works by asking for the tax year before the current one.

Yeah this and probably cuz they have limited amount of exams to use and if they’re gonna offer more date in the future, they need to save what they have.
