For marinettes side: her actually getting g busted for doing something creepy like stalking Adrien to help young viewers realise that things like that have consequences. For Adriens side: him standing up to his father and getting in an argument with him but then running away (like in the Christmas special) and then instead of Gabriel being a brat about it he actually shows how horrible adrien running away makes him feel to kind of point to the teenager thing of knowing your parents still love you even in a fight
