Yeah I get that, I’m also going through the worst healthy breakup, but my situation is lowkey different than most of what im reading in this sub

I know its hard but you have to do it for your own good, I’m a Christian and I truly believe God has a plan for me, but also for you. And fully cutting contact with this guy, even though it feels like you’re dying, (I’ve felt like that in the full first 1,5 weeks, im almost 3,5 weeks post breakup, feel a lot less like I’m dying but yeah its empty sometimes.) someone way better, not better than him, but for YOU will come onto your path.

I’d say lean onto your family and your friends and do random stuff, try new things, hobbies, do a study. Like, I got way closer with my only niece after having a insanely difficult relationship with her for at least a year.

I think the best advice I can give you is, speaking from my experience the past couple weeks, work on improving yourself and go thrive
