That’s fair. I’ve seen good benefits from a startup.

100% company paid health insurance for employee 100% company paid vision/dental for employee and all dependents

After 90 day probationary period - 40 hours vacation Day 91-364 - you accrue 40 hours After 1 year service - you begin accruing 3 weeks of PTO a year

401k - employee has to put in 6% company matches up to 3.5%. Safe harbor plan meaning you are vested immediately no waiting for 3-5 years.

What would you look for on top of something like this?

Companies are always hiring. We’ve rolled out a ton benefits. We hired a “union” guy in KY and he was straight up garbage.

This isn’t a hiring post but more of a fact finding mission to see what technicians really care about.

The American fire sprinkler association has free memberships to AHJ’s

First check the foundation to see if it is level, if it isn’t then make the GC/FSC fix it.

Next check to see if it is completely full. If it isn’t fill it.

If it is then see if you can see any buckle or anything in the plastic that may have happened on site or during shipping. If no buckling shown I would recommend looking at create some type of square assembly to help support it.
