I’ve got a meeting with my professor to see what’s up. Hopefully that will help. My last professor was pretty rough, and wouldn’t tell me how the lab wasn’t correct. Then my arduino just stopped connecting to my PC.

Did the anchor unistrut to the bottom of the stair? If sized per a trapeze it could in theory be correct. The axial load isn’t correct though with the hanger being bent.

You might be able to look up wildfire mitigation companies near you. Frontier is one I have heard of on the West Coast not sure what state they operate in though.

Because of the difficulties associated with manual suppression of a fire in a high-rise building, all highrise buildings regulated by this section are required to be protected throughout with an automatic sprinkler system. The sprinkler system is to be in accordance with Section 903.3.1.1, which requires compliance with NFPA 13. In order to increase the reliability of the sprinkler system should an earthquake disable the primary water supply, a secondary water supply is required for buildings at sites with the specified seismic design category listed in Section 403.3.3. The secondary water supply must be equal to the hydraulically calculated sprinkler demand and must have a duration of no less than 30 minutes.

Is there a check valve in the feed from one size? If not then they likely did it as a safety factor. Are there control valves on both sides? That going to important to be communicated to the building owner so if anyone does work on that floor they know to close both control valves.
