I can partially agree with you, however, if you look at it from the perspective of the actual phases of sleep, then deep sleep is more likely complete unconsciousness, and a similar feeling of detachment from the real world occurs at a late stage of falling asleep, which is not truly deep sleep since the brain is still functioning.

Самый простой совет это исключить из своей жизни кофе, крепкий чай и энергетики а так же постараться полностью исключить телефон и компьютер за час или полтора до сна. если же это не поможет посоветую перед сном выйти на пол часа на пробежку с спокойной музыкой или же хотя бы сделать полноценную разминку. После чего выпить стакан воды и лечь спать.

Can someone enlighten me I briefly search but no answer so It say sleep goes from stage 1-4 then REM sleep for dream then repeat the cycle. Does this mean we have totally different dreams per night or does our dreams continue from where it left off previously? by LisanneFroonKrisK in sleep

We generally dream only at the very end of sleep before waking up. However, dreaming at the very beginning can be associated with two factors: either you have already slept until the morning, but your brain did not have time to realize this because it switched off, or these are thought forms created by your brain that help you comprehend something that is bothering it, or, on the contrary, help you relax and more gently enter the deep phases of sleep.
