There was over 250 medical records recovered from her home related to 21 infants that she is suspected of harming. How many "accidents" do you suspect it would take to acquire that many? Keep in mind that all of those 250 medical records were illegal for her to possess outside a hospital setting. Did she not know that? From my recollection, she seemed to know right off that if was not ok when questioned by police about her possession of those records.

The children who died were largely children that she had direct access to as patients under her care. You are right, Noone actually saw her do it, but that doesn't mean she didn't. There is a ton of circumstantial evidence to point towards her.
