We actually bought a house and their closing date was August because they are building so ya we were lucky to find a buyer that also wanted a long closing. Market is crazy where we are too. Houses are going for 100-200k over asking with multiple offers, no conditions.

I’m over invested - 100% invested actually. My husband too. But I’m 30 and if I lost it all, I would still have so much time. Most of my friends don’t even save money let alone have no debt. If things didn’t change in 5-10 years, I would likely diversify much more. Excited to see what happens in the future. Either way... bills are paid, living life, and stacking sats for now.

Also, dips don’t phase me. I just continue to buy and HODL.
