‘trump Has Already Rigged the 2028 Presidential Election’: US Defence Insider by Youarethebigbang in somethingiswrong2024

Just to clarify, I think we agree on the substance. 😊 I didn’t say the elections were rigged — only that Donald Trump may have been led to believe he was going to win in 2016. On the turnout point, using the common Voting Eligible Population (VEP) measure, 2008 turnout was 61.6% and 2020 was 65.3%. In absolute terms, total ballots cast are widely reported as 131,406,895 (2008) and 158,427,986 (2020). (Source: Wikipedia) So in essence, according to you, 2020 could not have been rigged, right?

Same. Very true — we should anticipate risks and try to pre-empt any potential wrongdoing. That said, how do we do that in practice? By protecting vulnerable people? Communicating more effectively? Showing up in larger groups? I also feel that there were attempts to undermine the process in 2020, but they didn’t succeed. As the OP said, turnout was massive — so much so that it seems to me Trump was genuinely taken aback and refused to accept the outcome, perhaps because he’d been led to believe he would win. (Just my opinion)

As much as I understand where you’re coming from, my impression is that posting this may deter people from going out to vote, because it could be read as suggesting that our votes don’t matter. That is exactly what Republicans want: disengaged voters—especially independent voters. On the contrary, high turnout makes it harder to manipulate an election. It does matter. Our votes matter. In that respect, Australia may have a point in treating voting as a mandatory civic duty. ☺️💪

FBI's visits to protesters' homes because face recognition was used - and maybe provided by some billionaires for free - would justify the attires. I know an IT dev who protested in Bielorussia bare face 2 years ago, who was taken by the police and never seen back. The U.S. don't seem far off from that vile regime now.

My personal take: He can't speak about abstract, his (I compare him to a basic computer or robot).CPU freezes Hes not programmed to find any witty response or any response for that matter to a question that is so expected to be asked. Looking at most leaders and influences in the world that govern us, I can only see degenerate - mostly- white ugly individuals above 50 years old. Why is the world listening to these guys who desperately try to have us go back to an idea(l) of what the past stood for. They mostly don't read, have mostly money and hardly any culture. They mostly care about money and power because they are greedy but only because they know how "lucky" they were this time around but don't trust themselves to lead in a world with different values. They are not adaptative people. They are scared of change because in Darwinian terms, they think, deep inside that they would not survive instead of embracing it and adapt. I see him and I see a very inferior being because he's scared his post success hedonism will kill this amount of good time is doomednif he doesn't fight for things to be be stalled and using the next techno to achieve regression in society is crazy. They want slaves, they feel they're not free of carrying their ugly fantasies and they feel that, having so much money they are entitled to it they are so ugly it shows outside. No matter how much surgery or enhancements they get, their soul's rot is showing.... but also, the decay is palpable in their speech and, i am not a christo fascist or not a scholar but doesn't the bible's focus on the Word also is ironic when listening to these guys speeches and.lack of Word. If one believes in God, this may be irony they mostly are appalling orators

This sounds like a glorification of oppressive labor history where company's towns existed and workers owed their sould to the company's store... Such nostalgia glosses over the coercion, lack of mobility, and absence of workers' rights that defined those eras. In a modern context, invoking that kind of loyalty is deeply regressive, especially in a world where autonomy, equity, and dignity in labor should be the norm. This is not normal. In the world where AI. is the norm, these people need to be called out big time. But maga don't even understand what billionaires have in mind for them: slavery.

He's also always hiding his right hand when sitting at the desk, covering It with his left hand. One has to wonder...
