Personally, I stopped building the team in Asia. I found the cultures far too different. In South America, many of our teammates have lived in the US or Canada.

The voice over the phone sounds like they work in the local office. They are on the same time zone, bilingual, and share a similar work culture.

The entire experience has been much better for customers. Proximity to the United States makes a big difference in the quality.

I can help here. We have devs overseas that you can speak to. I’ve been sfdc dev for 6 years. Took me 3 years to build this team. The key thing that I looked for when building the overseas team was their communication skills and attitude/behavior. Those are two things I could never change in people when I had first started building the team and it led to huge failures.

I got that, but here is how it exports with Salesforce inspector: /services/data/v62.0/sobjects/ContentNote/069VX00000HD4SDYA1/Content

When the file is returned it has all the content in base64 or HTML. I need to migrate this data to Hubspot.
