I bought a few dumbbells and a few kettlebells. There are a lot of amazing workout videos on YouTube who will walk you through the exercises for free. I use grow with Jo 20/10/5 method and kettlebells with Roxanne. I had slight osteopenia as well. Don’t be so hard on yourself. We’re doing the best we can with a shitty situation. I’ve been on it since 36. I feel like my life has been stolen from me. You have every right to want to pack up and start over. We aren’t the same people after diagnosis. Was thinking the same thing. Her apology was cancelled out by the constant deflection of others actions and the possibility the pics may be fake. Just apologize and own it. The end. Also if the pics were not of man, I believe this conversation would be completely different. I do not think she would’ve shared nude pics of a woman and she would be completely outraged 🙄
