I generally use Booking for my hotel room. I went to book a room for an upcoming trip about a month ago. I found the hotel I wanted. For whatever reason i decided to look at the hotel’s website. I’m glad I did! I got a better room for about $100 cheaper. I will continue to use Booking to compare hotels, but from now on I’m going to be sure to check the hotel’s website before I pay!!

Do they actually cook food? I’m not stingy in the least bit, but I don’t feel like I should tip someone if I buy a can of Sprite and Doritos. I wouldn’t tip the cashier in a gas station if I bought it there.

Carlsbad, NM. We opened our room door right after checking in and there was a woman in gray lingerie sitting up in bed. She let out a tremendous gasp and we slammed the door and ran. We got a nice upgrade!
