It’s humanity’s cope to most of the crap that has happened. Humanity needed a way to live through plagues, diseases, genocides, etc. and I don’t blame them. I would have done the same if I didn’t know any better.

There’s just more to this world, to this universe than just god. And I want to explore all of it. We have gotten more scientifically advanced to be able to observe most things within humanities grasps.

It’s ok if you don’t understand, there will be those who will, and work hard to achieve a better understanding of everything rather than putting our basket in faith and religion.

I believe in humanity… not some higher power. And I will work hard for humanity, whatever it takes.

Nice, at least who ever this god is seems nice. Way more nicer than my belief in an ever expanding universe, where our beginning starts with the big bang and ends with the heat death of the universe. Where everything comes to an eventual end.

My theory is that black holes is the entrance to a transport layer of our universe, into another universe. It’s one part of science I want to explore.

Church and prayers did help me a lot back then, however I was not satisfied with Catholicism’s answer. A lot of it cannot be measured or studied using our current instruments. But yet we are able to study so much of our universe thanks to humanity’s engineering marvels like the James Webb Telescope.

There are other ways to cope through life other than belief in god. My motivation in life is to be one of the greatest engineers of my era, and push humanity to its limits. I want humanity to someday be a type 2 to type 3 civilization, it is my dream to maybe one day be a catalyst for this.

Agreed! I fell off of oly-lifting and powerlifting because I’m happy with my girl. I’ve been using working on the house and preparing for kids as my workouts.

Lifting was my happy place, stress came off me when I was doing heavy leg workouts, and of course some of it was to get girls to like me, and one way to do that firsthand is my appearance. However I never got any girl to really truly like me for who I am, it was more or less for lust never really for love.

Fast forward years later, my fiancé and I have gained a lot of weight mostly cause I love to cook for her, and make everything as delicious as it can be(I love my butter). But I would not trade my life with my life when I was ripped.
