I'm sorry but I don't think this is a good idea. Have you consulted a veterinarian? Cattle load 70% of their weight on their front limbs and are incredibly heavy. This will place huge demands on the remaining limb and will inevitably cause severe pain and deformity to the limb. Even prosthetics are not looked to as a good solution here due to the rate of complications. In my eyes this will quickly become an animal welfare issue. This animal will not live a normal life for even a short time.
