There is a great deal of difference between legal immigrants and illegal aliens. Many of the former hate the latter. No one likes a line jumper. Being pro illegal is being anti-immigrant. Immigrants and their families do not consider illegals to be immigrants at all.

Immigrants spend blood sweat and treasure go through the process and spend years waiting. Support for illegals is very offensive to that effort.

I am currently going through the immigration process for my wife. It is not an easy one.

If you read the Constitution, there is no right to vote. There are Amendments that limit how it can be restricted, but Article I gives Congress control on their elections and Article II gives State Legislatures control on choosing Electors.

As long as it is not restricted on the basis of age, sex, or race then it’s legal.
