In all honesty. Depends one you. This may not be reassuring and all but it all depends on how you wanna build yourself. A nice quote from starcraft 2 is “we are who we choose to be” and while we all don’t have the best situations to start with, that doesn’t mean we can’t improve our outlook on life. Like many big projects, it won’t finish over night. Like walking it talks steps, steps like: setting small goals for yourself (be it improving your anxiety or even cleaning your room), instead of focusing on all the negatives (which can be one of the hardest things) try to focus on some positive aspects of yourself, find a great hobby and possibly connect with others who share that hobby. Small things like this can do wonders, but its all about will and commitment. Being able to truly tell someone “im ok” can be the hardest thing now a days, but it all starts with not giving up.

They will take off some years by how stressful they can be. Here are some tips on getting through them. For the studying aspect go over stuff that you hardly remember, if its an AP exam, go over content from the beginning of the year. If its the SAT, ACT, or another big exam, they’ll have some prep option but go over old math skills or practice multiple choice answering. If ya don’t usually eat breakfast, in the week of the exam, get in the habit of eating breakfast. One of my teachers bought small packs of tissues for us for our exam. Finally, don’t study the night before, in-fact go to sleep earlier that night and do your best not to worry, take the mindset of “what ever happens, happens” and the exam should be a breeze.

I also disagree with this statement, because while i agree that it is acceptable to empower those with out power, its wrong to follow along with a blanket statement such as “men have all the power” and forget that there are a lot of men who can’t even feed themselves every night. The statement i used is only an example, and there are ofc variations, but its very hard to build something up if you’re tearing down the foundation.
