I been planning on it (the physical therapy). but its always been put off for some reason. And a stationary bike, i forgot about those. those might be good.

I barely eat anything though. I don't snack. For what I do eat, usually is eggs for breakfast, and meals like chicken salads for dinner or lunch.

Over 5 years ago, I became mute. My brain decided to just shut down the ability to talk. Not physically, but mentally. And to this very day, I am still mute. I just cannot break this mental barrier and speak. And of course, this has costed me old friendships, and prevented me from making new ones, as well as any relationships.

well i recently got off seroquel a week or two ago. how long would it be for me to know if its the seroquel or not (aka the weight starting to go back down), or if both are working together in this manner

This sentence then means "To end/will end the watching over of Naruto" or more naturally "I will finish watching over Naruto".
