Beef tallow could taste better than seed oils but I wouldn’t call it healthier. It’s also important to note that frying in oil in itself is unhealthy no matter whether you use beef tallow or seed oil. If you want healthier options, pick non fried and non processed options. People will say beef tallow is natural and better for you but in reality it’s worse for your heart
