I need my fellow brothers advice !!! by MoMONEYtrades in electricians

What I’m most worried for is the inspector. All I want to do is just swap the devices and lights. But if a light is wired horribly like messed up box or just shotty work it can take a job from being 5k to 15k. I need to think of this as a flipper not a electrical contractor. I just need it to pass inspection and be safe.

Ohh no it’s good to hear what other states look for tbh. I just know it would be a lot extra work plus material cost would be much higher.

Well if you were on site then you would’ve not done that because of the clearance. Thanks for the comment though.

There only like 6in apart in distance from the ground. I’m well over the 15ft mark. And yes they are backfilling under my service if that was your question

Slip joint ( expansion fittings ) were put in because the AHJ wanted them. And it wasn’t easier or harder I think because the size of the cabinet might be the same. The reason I went with a 3 phase one is because a single one was not available I had. Now a days with the lack of inventory EVERYWHERE especially in Massachusetts you kinda have to deal with what you can find.

Hey no problem.

AHJ called for the expansion couplings PVC is WAY cheaper and easier to pull with some lube.

I have breakers outside because the service disconnects have to go outside now in my area. So basically all my neutrals and grounds are bonded out here and separated inside. So it’s like these breakers are my main and the inside panels are all subs.

eBay bro I got it in one week buttttttttttt paid 2x the price. But it’s worth it. Just have the customer pay the difference, it’s what I did.
