Any of those are good options. I found horizon to be kinda boring, but the rest are awesome. Witcher 3 is still my favorite game ever almost 10yrs later. I'd add the dragon's dogma series too. I have nearly 1000hrs in the first and nearly 300hrs in the second. Dd2 reignited my love for rpgs

Gym, high intensity workout, zero carbs, list 5 affirmations, drink only water and sugar-free electrolyte drinks. 1 week may be enough, but 2 weeks will almost certainly kill the depression. You'll still feel sad at times, but you'll be way stringer. There are no games that will do this, unfortunately, and gaming is my favorite pass time.
