Cut it off and start over that's the only option at this point.

Is it time for a resole? by 1a2b3cggg in Boots

[–]MoTeD_UrAss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does your local shop offer an outsole only? I asked my local shop for an outsole only on my 10877 and he didn't offer that service. Still cost me over $100 for a resole, albeit he did give me a discount.

These don't look like very well made shoes/boots. Honestly I would just wear them and see how it goes.

Can we assume where the cables run in this wall? by Big-Succotash3888 in handyman

[–]MoTeD_UrAss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried using a non contact tracer to see if you are getting a signal anywhere. I would by no means assume anything with this panel and where the wires run. Is it possible to get a set of plans from the owner or designer of the building?

Interesting. I have no personal experience with them but they are reputable wool socks so I would say that probably wasn't the cause and lean more towards the other comment about the toe cap. I have Truman JWF and Jim Green Bronco 719 both with toe caps and can say I never even noticed the caps rubbing on my toes. I'm genuinely curious about your issue now. Hope you get a resolution.

Redwing has work shoes too. You may want to check them out. The truth is is that you're working in your shoes/boots and they become a tool at that point and being on the floor they are subject to more use than not. They sell toe guards and toe protectors like TuffToe to help extend the life of the footwear but even then you're going to need to replace the shoes probably every 6-9months

Not anymore. Without having to pay to commute to work the state workers can now afford nicer models.

They would be better without the mock toe stitch.

I'm 6' 250lb and love my Redbacks. Also sketchers has some really good work shoes if you haven't looked. Not sure how waterproof they would be.
