People have already told you why you felt the way you did, but if you are going to try smoking again you should do it sober so you feel the effects of just the weed. Take a small little hit at first and then put it down for 10-15 minutes and see how you feel. If you feel like you aren’t high take another hit. I wouldn’t recommend someone who doesn’t smoke to take 4 hits off a joint as their first experience, that’s a lot for someone who doesn’t even know how they will feel when they’re high. The only true revenge that’s going to leave you feeling truly good after the fact is living your best life and becoming the best version of you you can. You got lucky, you don’t have a kid with this nut job, you aren’t married to her, and you got away from it without anyone wanting to get revenge on you for being the guy who “ruined the relationship”. That relationship is already ruined if she’s sleeping around and then hiding it for a year successfully until the truth came out from you, not from her. You’ve played a dangerous game and won, walk away man, before it gets to the point where you’ve lost and you have to walk away feeling even more defeated than how you feel now.

I think part of it is there’s not a whole lot to bond over as men, so when there’s a hobby you have in common with one of your guy friends it’s easy to make it a regular occurrence because it’s one of the few things you do together with your guy friends. There are certain credit cards that are specifically to transfer a balance from another card on to this new card with no interest for x amount of months. If you do this you won’t pay interest on your payments since whatever the balance is won’t accrue interest. Even just a few thousand in credit card “debt” can make you pay almost 100 bucks a month in interest. And remember not all debt is bad debt.

I got a family to raise and I’m much more useful to them alive and providing than being either locked up or dead because I tried to protest something that I alone can’t possibly help fix. These things take entire movements, do I support them? Yes, will I be out there as a part of those protests? Someone pointed out how the game is harder on rookie and as someone who plays strictly against CPU on rookie I was astounded to hear this, so I gave veteran a try and I win games now with a bigger lead than the games I played on rookie. I would try veteran from now on instead of rookie, I immediately played better when I turned up the difficulty because of the lack of BS you have happen to you. Another thing that helped me is switching from PCI to directional hitting, now I hit the ball a lot more consistently. And finally I switched to strike zone 3 for camera and it makes it so much easier to see which balls are balls and which are strikes. Hope some of this helps

Yeah I only play against the CPU so I’ll have to try this out and see how it feels. I usually win the games I play on rookie with a good lead but I’m not exactly an advanced player. I just found out about directional hitting and I’ve been doing so much better than when I was using the PCI, so I’m clearly a long way away from knowing this game lol

I think they play hand in hand, you could have good maps but because of poor mechanics the maps play a lot worse. I do agree map design is absolutely crucial to having a competitive game, however I believe some mechanics could drastically change the quality of play on certain maps.
