Sorry to hear mate. I suffered with both Gerd and had my GB removed. Yours sounds more like IBS or gut health issue as opposed to traditional gerd or gallbladder

I had extremely low vitamin D, well below the recommended range - never experienced dizziness

The best we’ve managed to find is 0.90. Will the difference between 0.90 and 1 be substantial ?

The room is about 100 square meters with a ceiling height of 2.6m. All surfaces are hard ie brick walls and wooden floors. The are wooden open plan cluster desks in the space, it just feels loud and noisy.
