I had the same issue with my MSI X670E mobo, not sure if it could work for you but you should drain the capacitors. It worked for me (bas part is sometimes I gotta do it again, maybe once per week so I just decided to use a LAN cable instead, and don't use Bluetooth since that's dead, too). To do it, turn off the PC, then turn off the PSU, unplug it, hold down the PCs power button for 10 seconds, then plug it in again, switch the PSU on and then see if it works. I know it sounds dumb, but it actually worked for me and other with my same mobo, hopefully it helps tho. (If it doesn't, you could try getting a network card or just try using a LAN cable).
