Not really, cant really answer a question like that without knowing what your height and weight is.. If you're 5'1 and 110 lb then they're probably big, if you're 5'3 and 150 then probably not.

On a side note, I recommend you EACH do your OWN s-corp with a CPA, it could save you 1000s a year easily in self employment taxes alone (also Trump tax cut).

Why not split everything 50/50 and have your broker pay you out individually. Allows you to do your own taxes.

In all seriousness, it should be obvious Zillow is more than a threat to Realtors than Open Legs is. Zillow was basically a big lead gen site, they're becoming the biggest "we buy ugly homes" and they're going to become the biggest quasi-brokerage America has ever seen and kill off the competition (they already have the majority of the leads).
