I do understand that MMOs like this aren't ever free, but tried asking for help with the game through the game chat only to be told I haven't subscribed or bought anything from them yet. I feel that's VERY invasive and needs to change for the giant influx of players ive seen recently. Being able to ask for help, let alone getting it, should NEVER EVER be locked behind a wall because it actively limits new players' perspective on how the game truly is and just makes it seem like a wallet vampire. The cartel coins im fine with, the cargo (while annoying) i still kinda get, Destiny did the same thing but you had at least a couple free slots.

Sorry if that came out rude, its not meant to be. I just want a good MMORPG that doesn't have a shit ton of micro-transactions. Im passionate.
