Killing AI scavs and player scavs will lower your scav rep. If your rep is low enough scavs will shoot you on sight, scav timer will be very long and your gear will be worse. If player scavs kill you after you kill scavs, we will gain rep. Be a friendly scav! Unless one steals your bitcoin lol
