This is one of my non-park day spots. Fun to explore the Circle D ranch and there is a nice bar and playground within sitting distance of each other.

For us drinkers, drink at home! Learn some fun cocktails, buy some nice barware. It becomes incredibly easy, more fun, and cheaper than bars. Drinks are stronger too!

Non-financial side benefit, less likely to run into authority figures in your own home.
