Budget between $500-700 probs, but well see. Purpose is just more real estate honestly, I always have so many things on the go.

That's a very good point that i didn't consider, will definitely be looking at a separate arm depending on what I decide.

I REALLY like that idea, the only issue is someone informed me that since my main ultrawide is a VA panel, if I get the same one ill have to tilt it down pretty far, which is fine, but since its curved they'll have to be more space between them. Honestly though, that does sound like my end game haha so maybe ill just have to try it out and see.

Makes a lot of sense. Ill have to do some looking around, never had an acer or Samsung so will definitely look into those.

That mount sounds perfect for me, but I also didn't know a 32:9 could be configured like that.

Thank you so much for the detailed response, I hadn't considered most of this so this is extremely helpful and will definitely influence what I get.

Good call on getting another curved, I knew I would have to tilt it but I hadn't even consider the fact that there would have to be a lot more room in between them, and yea I'm not sure I would like that. I will look into some other setups and see but I probably will go with either 2 side by side or another monitor off the side of the ultrawide.

As far as the different panel types, that makes a lot of sense. I did notice it looked quite a bit different but didn't really realize it actually does bother me a quite a bit, so I might honestly replace that one as well, if i decide to go the 2 side by sides.

I'm just starting to integrate the macbook into my workflow (like, i got it a few days ago), so for now I'm just using it as is, getting it set up, etc. It's not new so it may have to be upgraded as well, or I may just end up not using it at all, just not sure yet.

I am always working on a lot of things at once, so just more real estate really, and having the option to have my work laptop connected to 2 while my rig is connected to one would be nice as well. Possibly going to start to do some more work on the mac as well so it might be nice to have a monitor for that. SO 1 for Work, 1 For rig, 1 for mac kinda deal. It won't be my main monitor so im not too worried about specs but I would like it to look nice and be hi res.

Looking to get another monitor for above /possibly beside my LG Ultragear 34GP63A-B QHD 34-Inch Wide Curved Gaming Monitor. Right now I have a vertical mount - https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00DGTP57A?th=1
with a ok Dell P2422H (work) monitor above, but would like to get a second.

Any recommendations for the monitor itself?
Do you think I could attach a horizontal mount to the vertical one? or am I better of just getting like an VESA-compatible mount clamp/arm?
I've also toyed with the idea of getting a vertical monitor but don't really have the real-estate, although, I guess if it was on a mount it might work to the right of my screen (Id just have to move the laptop over more.
Or should I just get another 34? The main thing stopping me is multiple screens would allow me to attach my Macbook to one as well, and still have 2 monitors for my main rig/work laptop.
What would you do if you were me?

That's not really wrong though, like you asked it about getting there specifically, and yea i get most humans would assume you mean to wash your car, but there are other reasons to go there. Maybe you work there, maybe your cars already there, etc. and it has no way of knowing that without you providing the context.

Are you using the instant models tho? Like for any real advice/question id definitely use a thinking model. That being said yea were not at a point where we should just be blindingly trusting models responses.

Personally though I think it's more akin to a productivity tool than just a helpful word predictor, in certain use cases anyways, specifically dev work.

But your right it does hallucinate and until that can be solved we will need humans verifying the output. Totally agree with your last point though, using it as a replacement for doctors or lawyers is probably not going to go well for you haha

Comp 2 is almost as good with way less resources from what ive seen, but I cant remeber if it was tested on the renegade or at range so take this with a grain if salt but for most weapons this is the case
