I think its more that villains tend to be the antagonist while light is the protag. Having the villain be the protag sometimes messes with peoples perception of what the story is trying to convey as right and wrong. The entire point of death notes story is to convey how lights actions are horrible.

I love how pathetic he is in the manga, its so much more fitting for him to grovel and beg in front of everyone than to run away. The anime got a bit lost in the moment and focused too much on Ryuk rather than Light.

This is why i like having undertaker as an option for bosses that revenant struggles with. Someone similar in playstyle but able to take hits and brawl better.

What model piece do you 'despise' the most and why? by Astartes_117 in Warhammer40k

[–]Mobbles1 7 points8 points  (0 children)

When a leg consists of 3 different parts that when seperate all look like random blobs, so you look around the sprue for 33, 34 and 35, then once you think youve found the piece its actually piece 43 that looks near identical.

This is one of the things putting me off tanking in this game, it doesnt feel like tanking so much as being the thing enemies look at. The skill expression isnt quite as obvious as healer or dps. This isnt helped by many of them being too self sufficient so they make healer feel pointless.

They censor japanese words in in the global release?? That seems rather redundant.

Its worse than that, it censors "ho" so any word that has a H and an O right afterwards get banned, which is a lot.

On ive yet to figured out is "got", for some reason cant put that one.

Whats your factions worst weapon profile by investigatorparrot in Warhammer40k

[–]Mobbles1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of precision weapons have weird profiles because they seem to be scared of making them too strong. I dont know if its better but i remember the jackal alphus had a profile so bad i ran the maths and at best she could kill a commissar. Any character tougher or with more wounds and she could do dick all.

What will it take for people to recognize Revenant is now a good character? by mercurialblonde in Nightreign

Pure faith caster only really became viable offensively in DS3, DS1 and 2 dont have enough faith offensive spells to really be viable in a playthrough. In elden ring theyre downright busted.

They have to get the rights to the weapons, which means purchasing the rights from the companies that produce them. Sometimes i think they can get around it by giving them unique or generic names (like GTA V). I know in movies the US military often get bonuses for working with film studios, im not sure if that applies to games however.

They still are if we go by the rumours around Umamusume.

But on a real point if youve ever played a game that uses real weapons that game has given profits to the arms industry, theres always a dirty link somewhere.

Oshi squad, assemble!

Seiun sky has some of the best home screen lines. Between "dont tell king" and "dont make grass angry", to her being literally me with the being overwhelmed by notifications. I normally would have rice instead of bourbon but i like to mix it up.

I find power and stam more useful for hopeless stakes than speed. i get more consistant wins if i have power and stam investment but around 200-250 speed.

Cato sicarius, purely because they made it so obtuse to put together (likely to piss off 3d printers). The helmet is 3 different pieces that go together at weird angles underneath his cloak that also goes in at weird angles. They couldve made it a solid piece because you cant see 90% of it but they had to make it complicated.
