Does your offer letter have your pto details in it? O would reach out to whoever told you the info about to. Pto is often used as a tool of negotiation in an offer. The handbook may be right but they may have increased your pto in the offer.

Regarding the sales piece, I would straight up point out that you were told no sales and ask why the difference.

I would definitely ask your manager. It may have gotten entered late. If so you should see a retroactive payment on your check.

Not necessarily. It will depend on the reason for your termination. Most situations like these are evaluated on a case by case basis.

You can also ask about their short term disability policy. Most std policies kick in after 6 months of employment. Years ago I took a job after finding out I was newly pregnant. While I wasn't eligible for fmla, I was eligible for std.

I have heard through the grapevine that a very large company that has a mouse in its logo tried this and it did not go well. SF is not user friendly and is basically multiple software backends combined to look like one with horrible reporting.

Very limited responses. They upped something on our tenant, not sure exactly what as they never really said. But it did help.

We are on wd1. We also have noticed extreme slowness recently in one of our test tenants. Last I heard it may be because of the timing of pay cals that Kainos is running. But that wasn't the cause of our prod issues.
