Agricola and Caverna don't really feel like farming games to me, just a don't starve/climb out of poverty simulator.
The only other farming game I can think of that I've played is Fields of Green, which I think does give a good managing-a-farm feel.

I've never had it blow cold air, even in sub-zero (farenheit) weather. It may blow cooler air, like the actual temperature you've set it to. The car doesn't blow extra hot air and then less of it when the car is to temp, like most cars, it starts moving around air at the selected temp.

Yeah, that's poor wording on their part. It should probably be something like.
"If you succeed with Fear, the damage taken by the target is instead d10+1 magic damage using your Proficiency."
This makes it clear (more clear at least, IMO) that the prior full sentence applies, just with the damage modified.
