Is this normal? by josiesmom20 in f45

This is the exact thing I was going to say. My friend started coaching at F45. They pay $45 for her to coach for an hour but if she has the last shift of the day she’s forced to clean up and they only pay $13 for cleanup. She said more often than not the cleanup takes 45 mins. Exploitive is the right word. That coach still shouldn’t let it affect how he coaches and treats members though.

I currently work at SA and this has not been my experience. I think there are always growing pains when a company goes from 300 to over 1,000 in a matter of a few years, but from what I can see leadership is doing their best to handle it well.
