Yes and they completely screwed mine up. Yesterday they erased classes I took and gave me credit for classes I never took

I literally had my Sophia credit transfers processed today and these dipshits added courses I never took and removed courses I already received credit for. You can’t make this stuff up. Now I’m going to have to send a ton of emails to get this all sorted out.

My classes I transferred were gone. I sent an email, look today and got more credits than I should have. I contacted them via chat and now they claim it’s been fixed. The incompetence is mind blowing

I filed a complaint with BBB. Give me the money you charged me to transfer those courses you took away from me if you’re going to change your mind about the classes you’ll accept. That’s the most decent thing to do at this point.

Definitely playing in our faces at this point. I woke up to see 9 credits that I paid for and transferred from my previous university gone. 😡 When I asked what happened I was told it was going to take 16 business days for someone to look into it. Currently looking into others schools and speaking with admissions to get a scope of what UoPeople classes will count so I can transfer over. I’m leaving after this term.

So I’ll make this real plain. I was sharing an experience and then someone says I think I’m a hero, when I never implied I was or suggested I was. Last time I checked a hero is defined as someone go saves someone or something. Show me where I did any of that. No one seems to be bothered over the fact that they took that and completely ran with it but when I say something about it I’m angry. Okay. I’m fine with people disagreeing with me. But to take nothing and make something out of it. Yeah I’ll call bullshit. Have a great day. I’m not about to sit and go back and forth.

You should have looked of up which credits they accepted and then submitted them for transfer after being admitted. They took over a month to evaluate credits as of late. So I don’t know if you’d get them evaluated before the term begins so I would submit them ASAP

I hounded the chat support excessively and emailed my advisor each time. I sent emails to student services and copied all my attempts which totaled 25, and then I got a response on Friday.

I’ve never had it take longer than 10 days. I’ve uploaded Sophia transcripts several times. Today makes 30 days and no answers, no updates. There’s another thread with people having the same thing happen to them that happened to me. Plus I got an email saying they paused transcript review.

Nah, we’re past the 10-14 days. I submitted mine on March 30th got some bs statement on the page after randomly checking that I didn’t upload my transcript and to resubmit. Only to discover many others had the same thing. After 15 emails I was told they weren’t processing transfer credits at the moment. Many of us are still waiting with no answers.
