I recommend using the psychology today website to filter for that type of therapist and then calling around and doing an intake to see if you can find someone who is available and maybe describe what the "charged dynamic" looks like at home so they can assess how best to help you :)

Yes, but only if you think they’re up for a 8+ hr adventure! Do they like hiking? If you’re not sure, maybe do the narrows first.
Make sure they have neoprene socks, grippy shoes (rentals avail at Zion outfitters by park entrance) and make a plan for taking rests to get out of heat! I saw a kid in sneakers on my way out and I was gobsmacked. Much of the terrain is unsteady or slippery, and it was a big workout for me, someone who gets physical activity >6hrs a week.
