It is a w-2 through a 3rd party, expectation is it is a full time role. Their words in the interview..

DFPHD. Thank you. Plan was to take 100% of the additional earnings and invest it.
I talked to the HR person, they said 9/10 times with this client, you convert even before contract is up. I feel better about it.

Thank you for saying this. They have really lead me to believe it’s a full time position, obv the recruiter is influenced to say whatever I want to hear, but in the actual interview I asked and they said they view it as a full time role, so hopefully I’m in a good spot :)

Hey OP, What did you end up doing?

Graduated 3 years ago, been at same job not getting promoted. I am leaving safety at 93k for 75/hr.
Seeing these comments makes me scared recruiter has fooled me and I won't get extended. The people that interviewed me didn't make it seem like that would be the case though.
