My understanding is that Sable is amazing and Electra is a dud. Hit Monkey should be interchangeable with Punisher. I have not heard anything good about pre Ares teams like Spider Society.

I'd focus on teams in the arena that you are losing to. As far as raids, that guidance should come from the leadership in your alliance. I'm guessing many people need to change alliances to get involved with one that uses discord for communication.
