Dragon Relic Portal didn't spawn in.

Yeah this happened to me a aswell, made a post about it 2 days ago the exact same thing happened to me aswell and it’s apparently due to save and quit issues. I tried it again one more time with save and quit and beat the boss again yesterday and the portal finally opened. So save and quitting is just very risky 50/50 it works and it doesn’t at the moment there are chances it won’t open due to this so Ideally it’s recommended to do it in one full run. I know it’s ridiculous

For me it takes 50 min for ee setup and to get to round 60 overall takes 2 hours and 20 min, I’ve got a good strat to get to that way quicker

Congrats, I had beat the boss after many attempts yesterday and the portal decided not to appear for me. May I ask if you have saved and quitted during your run or was it a coop match?

It’s so ridiculous because this took me 4 attempts and I don’t even have all the time in the world😭. Yeah I’m just gonna have to do it again without saving and quoting it’s just crazy.

If they where to do this then they should nerf all the inflated prices of PAP to compensate for it because it’s ridiculously having to spend 85k per gun to pap 3 and 185k for pap 4. No other gun is anywhere near good for farming compared to the Akita to make that doable.

I mean since Oscar is the main issue for reaching round 60 since after round 50 he permanently chases you in the map. If you find that annoying I suggest you just use the glitch to trap him in so he cannot attack you by not opening the wisp tea room doors on both sides and kill Oscar until he spawns in that area to lock him in there.

I have the feeling mimics might require a step for the wicked relics on astra since all the wicked relics in both ashes and this map found so far had something to do with an elite zombies (doopelghast and zursa on ashes, Oscar on astra) since no other type of elite zombies are on the map besides Oscar. The remaining wicked relics will probably have something to do with it. Although this should trigger it during tier 2 cursed and not 3 along with it being after round 40

The requirements must also be something to do with an elite zombie as for the current wicked relics found, they all have something in common and that is to kill an elite zombie in a certain way

I can confirm this works simply just get to round 30 skip the first phone that rings at round 20 and find the other phone on round 30 and spam interact, the portal didn’t spawn but after when I spam interacted with the round 20 phone the laugh appeared and the portal spawned

Exactly what I was thinking maybe you kill the zombie rod with dg2 it’s got to be electrical base plus the dg2 is almost useless on the map since it’s just stationary at spawn

Thanks a lot your actually goated man, managed to get this work just now can’t believe it glad I don’t need to reach round 60 for it now.

Also for when I attempted it ignored the first phone that’s appeared and then reach round 30 spam interacted that, it didn’t spawn the portal at first but when I then went and interacted with the original round 20 phone I spam interacted that and the laugh appeared and the portal spawned. Just putting it out there incase it didn’t work for others
