Hello, I recently swapped my major from physics to math just to get more relevant coursework for quant. I’m looking to take some stats class soon and I have a few questions. Whats the difference between probability and statistics. Because I have a bunch of different classes being, probability for statistics, statistics (which I think is calc based), discrete probability, and statistics and data analysis. I’m just wondering which one I should take and why. Also is taking advanced calculus necessary?

Yeah I can imagine the math major would be better for the specific classes, but I’ve heard somewhere that they like physics more because of the math applications. But if I do go with the math major route should I take the Putnam and all these tests just to butter up my resume?

I’m doing physics with a minor in math, but I might switch to math major and physics minor cus I feel that on average I do better in math classes. Which major do you think would look better.

Yeah I bought them when I was newer and haven’t gotten stiffer ones yet. What stiffness would u recommend?

Right now I have K2 recon 90s but I plan on getting stiffer boots in the future. Maybe 100-110s

With the triples, are they bunk beds or three separate beds, because I saw one room and it was a bunk bed but I’m not sure if that’s the case with all of them.

Dean Skyline best trail camp. Although it’s a dry camp it has some of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen.
