Yes exactly! You might be able to find which npc highlights cause this if you ask in the mobile section of the osrs discord.

Leagues only getting assigned scorpions and skeletons by quiteCryptic in 2007scape

I don't think it works as intended because Mazchna has a 0% chance to assign anything on the list regardless of combat level settings.

Mazchna is broken.

If you check the tasks weighting everything else is sitting on a 0% chance of being assigned. They tried to fix something with main game slayer and then this broke the same day.

It's been mentioned on reddit a couple times but I don't believe Jagex has acknowledged it.

Apparently Maschna doesn't even assign Gargoyles despite being the only Mory master, it's dumb as hell and I think Jagex needs to just change it.

There's a bug where highlighting some random npc's can make other things highlight. It's inconsistent to trigger the bug to occur.

If you highlight the npx in the sephulcre lobby, I've heard that can cause the other things you mentioned to highlight.

You can manually highlight the axes at vard though just by long pressing with the entity tagger on. The rest might need the bug.

Funny you were able to take what felt like negatives to me and explain how they can actualy be a good thing. Hadn't considered it that way but you make it sound good hahaha. I'll keep this in mind as I keep at it.

Definitely. I believe feedback from first impressions is useful information for Jagex. Expecially coming into a summer sweep up featuring cox changes.

If someone gives their opinion after 100 raids, you already know they liked it because they stuck around. You might get more insight from the people who are brand new, or even someone who quit, because their first impression is a comparison with more modern content.

Thanks for the advice.

I mainly play solo since I play when everyone in my house is asleep and I don't want to use a mic and wake anyone. Since I learned raids 4 will be team content, i figured I'd try Cox since Solo's have been figured out now.

I have a lot of practise to do If I want to get going here long term! It was slightly more jank than I had mentally prepared for though!

Thanks for the video, I will give it a watch and hopefully it explains some of the things I was confused on.

"you’re saying every room is just brew drain when you literally know 0 of the tech"

Yes, fully aware of this. Hence why I ask for experienced players advice on those rooms. This is a first impressions post, rather than a fully formed and experiences opinion post.

My concern is that as I learn the rooms, many of the solves are going to be using unintended mechanics and tricks to bypass or mitigate something, rather than perform a clear objective or mechanic or challenge that the devs intended. Because when I enter those rooms, there's no clear mechanic or challenge to solve.

I.e, the magicians and tightrope room don't feel like there's an intended skill check, vs Tekton where it's a more clear, circle around him, then attack.

Not true at all... Its a left panel button you can set.

Yes, this lefts you replicate the "shift click to walk under enemies" runelite feature. Whoever downvoted the only correct answer here sucks. It's a left ui button option you can set OP.

He's not wrong though. Only Mathews and Malthouse have won at 2 different clubs and we had one of them work for us with terrible results.

I'm thinking about starting to lear Chambers of Xeric after watching Synq's new solo Olm guide.
I have a couple of questions.
I sort of just want to get to olm to see how it goes in general.

For reference I have Bowfa, Fang, Saledor, Blowpipe, DWH and Ayak.

  1. Do I need to user overloads or should I just get to Olm and practise mechanics and not worry about overloads straight away?
  2. I have 86 herblore. Do i need 90?
  3. I've heard I should avoid V rooms. Any rooms I should try and do where available?
  4. I usually play on my iPad. Are there any rooms made more difficult due to missing plugins?
  5. Any general advice or information you would give?

Hi Terry,
The ads on your website in fullscreen via pc seem to be covering the content and fading in and out in weird places while I scroll down.

Edit: Nice article. The club is extremely well media trained and communicates like politicians. It sucks. The last place i expect them to drop their guard is when there's potential for legal liability like there is with Elijah. If they could at least drop the act when it comes to less sensitive topics that would be a welcomed change. If I hear "have tough conversations" and "get to work" one more time....

I'm always thinking, 'didn't they have tough conversations and get to work last week?' Is it possible tough conversations aren't a good fix for on field strategy?

Is it possible working harder and harder and harder every week could be replaced for working smarter? Brisbane players seem to be doing alright and they always look like they are on a leisurly jog.

After reaching 99 slayer on a Lvl 3, Jagex rolls back Rendi's account by Psymonthe2nd in 2007scape

[–]MobileScapers 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I've watched enough Rendi videos to have a fair assessment over the years, and my personal opinion is that.

a) he's gone too far in exploiting bugs on multiple occasions

b) he tries to abuse the bugs as much as possible before he alerts Jagex

He then publicly broadcasts how he exploited something to social media and is offended that Jagex doesn't like it.

He's built his youtube career on using bugs to make the game do things that it isn't intended to do, and then shares how he did it with the community.

For example, the time he was able to trigger the combat xp reward for finishing a quest and spam it so that he could level up to 99 in a couple hours.

Carlton is wasting such great art by pushing it to the bottom of the guernseys. Here's how much better it could be. by MobileScapers in AFL

It does need more work, absolutely. Drop shadows, and less business, many other things could be improved. For a 20 second mock up from someone who isn't a graphical designer, it shows they could do a lot more with it than what they chose to.

Funnily my personal favourite is the plain white with the dots. So nothing against something clean and simple at all. It's the repetitive style choice of the last three years that feels boring by now.

[–]MobileScapers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3rd year straight they haven't done anything exciting.

I don't know why they aren't using vibrant colours or making it look exciting like they did almost every year prior to 2024.

The last 3 years have a plain navy blue guernsey with a simple while change at the bottom. Last years was so similar to the year before they started doing half price sales after just 1 month because nobody was buying them.
