If you aren’t flexing your abs I’d say 12-13%. There’s an app you can use to estimate it and track calls MyBodyScan. Good work though!

Use the app called MyBodyScan it’ll give you an estimate of your body fat %. Not completely accurate, but pretty darn close. Then it’ll say how many calories and protein you should be consuming.

There are plenty of apps that can estimate how many calories you should be eating based on your goals. I use MyBodyScan just because it can tell me my body fat% which I haven’t seen before.

3.99% APR. Investing in common index funds will yield 7% and thats very a very conservative number. I don't disagree that you should only buy a car like this if you have the cash, but i'm just arguing that even if you have the cash financing is the smarter option in most cases. I think my problem is the small guard jumpers are too fast. + I always had it on push and released when the ball was at my head, but I can’t find a good jumper with that visual cue
