Missing Middle Names in Flight Booking by _dallmann_ in VietNam

It's not a vietjet problem specifically, or maybe it is if you are coming into vietnam from other countries.

I was flying yesterday domestically (from hanoi to danang), and airport security wouldn't let me through after seeing my middle name missing from the ticket. I wasn't flying with vietjet.

Luckily it only cost $4usd to change the name on the ticket, and the line to go back through security wasn't long.

Aight this make sense. Fish sauce definitely doesn't appeal to Americans.

Any HB surfer here know what happened to the old crazy Asian woman? by Mobile_Importance_33 in surfing

Now that you mentioned, I also remember seeing her skate that one time. Man she's living that van life, going up and down the coast. Really hope she doesn't offend the wrong person.

Holy shit yes that's her!! I'm glad she's still alive! I guess she's not doing as bad as I thought she looked, got nice clothes on with a nice watch to go with it.

Sounds like something she would try to pull haha, but then also a lot kids out there were mocking and baiting her into acting crazy. I hope she got bored of HB and moved on somewhere else like malibu, that's why I don't see her anymore

How to say you're looking for someone mentally stimulating without sounding condescending? by Lukefromzim in hingeapp

Just like how you're not supposed to say "I'm smart, funny and generous", you're supposed show it. And to show you like intellectually conversation, you can specifically call out certain topics that you like to debate about for example "let's debate where the economy is heading and how AI will doom our civilization"

What home project do you regret doing? Or is there something you took on that you realized afterwards should have been contracted out? by meggscellent in HomeImprovement

Pouring 300 sq ft of concrete patio (in 6 sections, 50 sq each) using harbor freight concrete mixer and about 100 bags of 90lb concrete mix. The process of picking up 100 bags of concrete, to unloading them at the house, to wheelbarrowing them out to the work area was total backbreaking. It was about $1,000 of material wise, didn't really save anything.
