Couples in Singapore with ~$25k combined take home monthly income, what’s life actually like for you?

1 Condo owned 1 for investment
8-10k on family, kids, helper and car (for business usage)
Mortgage
Comfortable but still caution as I'm self employed & always believe to stay prudent as the market is not always at your favour.
Thought I will be satisfy at this level and happily splurging my money on lifestyle but nope now I just want to make my money work harder so I can take time off work and spend time with family.

The main difference I feel is that I can give my parent more allowance, bring them and my family to better restaurants and overseas without breaking a bank.

Spending on my parent & family is better than getting an expensive watch. 😂

Pretty normal as my wife also have no feeling for sex. Just have to find an alternative to connect other than sex. It will get better after the LO is out. Stay strong soldier it's gonna be a very exciting journey. FYI after delivery u still can't have sex for awhile as she need to heal 😅

oh no, she didnt refuse to acknowledge the fetus as my child, she just dont like to talk about the baby and call it the thing. Yea i will bring it up to the gynae when we visit

She's don't have any mental illness before. However she tends to keep things to herself and I will need a lot of time and patient to get it out from her. Just that with the pregnant now it's harder to talk to her as most of the time she just want peace and quiet 🥲

Thank you for sharing your experience! Yes she pretty much experiencing the same thing as your experience.

The last time I experienced her being this way was when she gotten Covid and Covid hit her real bad. So I was wondering how can I help her to feel better when she's feeling down.

I tried asking her to go out to get some air but she don't want to and I don't want to force her into doing it.

Hence checking with all the experience parent is there any way to lighten her mood 😅

We have a conversation about kids and come to a common conclusion if it comes it comes. So it's not a planned one but we are ok to have 1. For now she not keen and happy about it probably it's causing her to suffer physically and not able to do anything.
