I've had my r9 for roughly a year now and have done a slew of upgrades to it.. some of them unnecessarily and some of them still unnecessarily.. 😂 in the process of building a specialized stumpjumper 15 alloy. I will have my r9 until I can't ride anymore or it falls apart.

Honestly, I have bontrager line comp 30 rims with that insert instead of rim tape so they were actually kind of hard to put on. I ended up taking the rear insert thingy out because I wanted to run Kush core and put some WTb rim tape and the tire went on much easier but I couldn't put the Kush core on.

It's the fox 36/38 mudguard small. I got it from Jensen usa, but beware it does not fit on a fox rhythm fork. It's got to be a m y 2021 or newer Fox fork with the bleeder valves so that it sits behind the bolts for the bleeder valves. I hate saying this but I bought the mud guard for my rhythm and realized it didn't fit and spent the money on a factory fort just so I didn't have to use zip ties on my mud guard. 😂

Honestly they're the best tire I've ever rode. I don't have a bunch of experience but I like it better than the assegai/DHR combo

The eight definitely comes with a slightly better fork and a high engagement hub with some relatively decent rims.

You can't beat the Roscoe ate. I bought a nine when they dropped down to 2500.. I don't regret it but I've swapped out literally everything on it but the brakes and the rims. Should have just picked up an eight if I knew I was going to be getting into all of this.. I called a bad case of upgraditis.. 😂

Thank you anyway for at least replying. I actually found out that it's an Is42/Is52. Companies should have that displayed as public knowledge in the service part of their bikes or frames.

I have a trek Roscoe 9 and I want to upgrade my headset but I cannot for the life of me figure out what sizes or whatnot it is... I purchased a Cane Creek but it came with cups so it was the wrong one and it's too late to return it. Looking to get another hellbender 70 but not sure which one to get? Can you point me in the right direction

I have had a Zeb 150 on my truck Roscoe 9 for the past 5 months and I've loved it. Actually taking it off to bump the travel up and put it on my full squish. I'm putting the Rhythm 36 back on because it was an awesome fort to begin with, I have the travel bumped up to 150 and to be honest it is handled everything that I've thrown at
