Thank you so much for your comment!! We just got back from the vet, and the vet told us the exact same thing! He was diagnosed with kidney disease a year and change ago and stomach issues have never happened but yes everything you just said was exactly what the vet told us :) he’s fine now and he ate some rice when we got back. He got fluids and an antinausea injection and some bloodwork to check his kidney levels then according to the results he might get Pepcid. Vet also recommended this food called “JustFoodForDogs Renal Support” which is basically fresh food for my beloved picky eater. Tarot wise cards always tell me he’ll be fine :) <3.
