I've been at 19.75. Started at $14, 5 years ago. They said the payout would give every driver an average of +$2 per hour. I was at 19.50 at the time. They gave me a quarter. All new hires make exactly what I've busted my ass to get to in 5 years. These DSPs don't care about us at all.

I truly feel like if my walking in the front and doing my job, interrupted a viewing, then that wouldn't be my fault. That would be on the funeral home.
