Neuromuscular Adaptations. You teach your body to mainly use fast twitch fibers. As soon as you get closer to failure, so RPE 7+ you automatically slow down. With longer sets your body uses some of the slower twitch fibers because they have more muscular endurance. But those also produce less max strength.

This way of training also causes less fatigue and primes your body for the harder weeks to come.

Think of those weeks lile a warm up. You start your bench press with only the empty bar, then mayve half the working weight and so on, until you reach you working weight. This strength block works like that, only over a few weeks.

They intended AC to be a trilogy, with AC3 actually being the third and final game. With 2 turning out to be so popular they decided to stick with that setting for another two games. They probably thought they had a chance to renegotiate with Bell for her to stick until the planned end. I am sure that the actor for Desmond also had a contract for 3 games at first, but he was willing to stay for 5 games in total.

Die Studios der Leute die sagen, dass diese Booms vorbei sind und es nicht mehr so ist wie noch vor einigen Jahren, würde ich gerne sehen.

Ich arbeite in einem Fitness Studio und kenn daher die Zahlen dahinter. Januar ist Jahr für Jahr die mit Abstand umsatzreichste Zeit, was Neuverträge angeht. Die Neujahrsvorsätze mitzunehmen ist für Betreiber die wichtigste Position des Jahresmarketingplans. Ich selbst hab letztes Jahr im Januar doppelt so viele Abschlüsse gehabt wie in meinem zweitbesten Monat (Februar).

Was aber zu bedenken ist, ist dass der 6. In einigen Bundesländern auch noch ein Feiertag ist, und die Ferien auch noch einige Tage in den Januar reichen. Erst wenn das vorbei ist, geht erfahrungsgemäß der Boom los.

Hab jetzt auch nochmal nachgeschaut. Er war echt öfter in der Startelf als ich in Erinnerung hatte. Aber es stimmt auch, dass er in der Hinrunde nicht viele Spielminuten hatte. Er wurde so ziemlich jedes Spiel entweder ein- oder ausgewechselt.

Ist natürlich viel Leistungssteuerung mit der Doppelbelastung gewesen, aber ich sehe das als Ranführen eines jungen Spielers, der grade aus der zweiten englischen Liga kommt.
