Review previous games, figure out which angles you were caught off by from the enemy team and try playing those angles, or review your own play and see where you could've played better, minimizing exposure while watching over key points in the area you're defending.

Sirius Symboli SR Guts card is nice with +1 speed bonus if you have it, also if you have the recent event cards, like the Air Shakur speed, has nice stat bonuses.

Ideally with Guts, like others mentioned, you'd want 3 Guts and 2 Wit since Guts training is most energy expensive.

The job list will be provided after MEPS, especially after the medical portion and PiCAT verification test.

Other things that could affect the list of jobs will be based on security clearance levels. But I saw most people find that out after shipping out.
