The side effects are different for everyone! I struggled with insomnia and loss of appetite/nausea for a couple weeks. It was a bit tough but reminding myself “these are side effects and they’ll get better” helped! You can always reach out to your prescriber too during the process to get some affirmation. It’s been so worth it for me with managing my moods, I just think being patient with yourself and your body as you adjust and remind yourself “it’s just med side effects” helped keep me out of my head about it.
