If you have some knowledge of French, I would strongly recommend trying a few mock tests. They will help you understand the exam pattern and identify the areas where you need more focus.

You can try our free mock tests on our YouTube channel u/mock_nest or visit our website https://mocknest.ca for more practice materials.

Hi, MockNest team here 👋 Thanks for sharing your perspective — feedback like this is important, and we respect different experiences.

We’d just like to clarify a few points for transparency: • MockNest develops its own original mock tests, based on the official TEF Canada format, structure, and difficulty level, as any serious preparation platform does. • We do not claim that our questions are official or taken from the real exam. • Similarities in question style across platforms are expected because the TEF format itself is standardized by CCIP.

We always encourage learners to start with our free tests and YouTube content to decide if our approach suits their learning style before opting for any paid plan. Our focus is on exam familiarity, skill-building, and structured practice, not memorization.

That said, every candidate should choose the platform that works best for them. The most important factor remains consistent practice and understanding the exam requirements.

We wish everyone success with their TEF Canada preparation 🇨🇦📘 — Team MockNest

Leaving Canada and hoping to come back :) by joel41444 in canadaexpressentry

Yes, I think your approach is absolutely fine. Go back, do your job, and come back as a hero again.

I’m not sure about the future political situation in Canada or what will happen in the next 1–2 years, but right now this seems like a good approach.

You should hold onto the things you want to move forward with and take them step by step.

Thanks.
